The Site provides general information about mailing addresses, payer IDs, phone numbers and claim procedures for plans administered by Health Plans, Inc. It is not legal, medical, billing or insurance advice, and it does not replace the member ID card, the plan's Summary Plan Description, a provider's network contract, or instructions from HPI.
No affiliation
The Site is an independent guide. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Health Plans, Inc., Point32Health or Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Names of organizations are used only to identify them.
Accuracy
We research carefully and cite official sources, but addresses, IDs, deadlines and phone numbers can change without notice and can differ by plan. You are responsible for confirming details with the official source before sending a claim or appeal. We are not responsible for claims that are delayed, denied or misdirected.
Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and illustrations on the Site are original works of Claims Postmark. You may link to any page and quote short excerpts with attribution. Copying whole pages is not permitted without written permission.
