About Claims Postmark

Claims Postmark is a small, independent reference site with one job: helping billing staff, patients and plan members send a claim or appeal to Health Plans, Inc. (HPI) at the right address, with the right payer ID, the first time. It is written and maintained by the Claims Postmark Editorial Team.

Independent guide. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Health Plans, Inc. We are also not affiliated with Point32Health, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, or any employer plan that HPI administers. We do not use their logos, and nothing on this site should be read as an official HPI communication. We cannot look up claims, change coverage, or accept documents. For anything about a specific claim, contact HPI through the number on the member ID card or its official website, hpitpa.com.

How we check facts

• Official sources first. Every address, payer ID and phone number comes from HPI's own provider and member pages and forms, or from Harvard Pilgrim's published payer ID guide and provider manual.
• Two sources per number. We publish an address, ID or phone number only when at least two independent sources agree, with at least one official source wherever one exists. When we could not confirm something (for example, a single HPI-wide dental claims address), we say so instead of guessing.
• Plain labels. We mark which details come from Harvard Pilgrim's network rules rather than HPI itself, because the two are easy to confuse.
• Dated updates. Each page shows when it was last reviewed. This edition reflects sources checked in November 2026.

Editorial policy

We write original explanations, checklists and examples; we do not copy text from HPI or other sites. We do not publish testimonials, reviews or invented experts. If advertising appears on the site in future, it will be clearly separated from content and will never influence which address or number we publish.

Corrections

If you find an address, ID or number that has changed, please email contact@healthplansincclaimsaddress.shop with a link to the official source. We review every correction request and update the page date when we make a change.
